Peter S. Cooke has nearly 40 years of corporate experience. Most recently, Mr. Cooke formed PSC Enterprises, a veteran-owned business with the goal of helping this country's growing veteran needs.

Military Experience

Major General (Ret.) Peter S. Cooke was the Commanding General of the U.S. Army 96th Regional Readiness Command until 2009. The 96th RRC, comprised of approximately 6,500 soldiers in four major subordinate commands, spread over a seven state region, organized for mobilization and deployment as directed. Other military highlights include:

Winning the Army Community of Excellence Award for the best managed command in the United States Army Reserve in 2009.
Served as Chairman of the Congressionally mandated Armed Reserve Forces Committee (ARFPC) from 2001 to 2009.

Peter S Cooke has devoted substantial amounts of time and effort into various small business, employment, health and public service positions including:

Utah Vote: Established in 1969 to register college students to vote.
Focus: Established in 1977 as a lobbying and political consulting agency.
Deseret Certified Development Company: Established in 1980 to finance small business through the SBA 504 loan process.
PSC Development Company: Established in 1984 to develop affordable housing.
Evergreene Management Group: Established in 1985 as a property management company.
Housing Corporation of America: Non-profit organization established in 1990 to assist in the development of affordable housing.
PSC Military Housing: Established in 2000 to assist in the development and privatization of military housing on military installations.
Employer Partnership Initiative: Established in 2003 to assist reservist and veterans in securing jobs after mobilization to war.
Partnership With America: Organized in 2010 to focus on one central partnership to employ veterans.
